BACKGROUND DETAILS

Our current Honduras is an organic, fair trade bean sourced from small cooperatives working together in the community of Santa Rosa de Copan. Working together with Beneficio Santa Rosa to facilitate the export of their high-quality coffees, these farmers from the western region of Honduras produce a delicious coffee that is sweet and slightly vegetal with hazelnut and caramel apple flavors.

The local Beneficio Santa Rosa is working with TechnoServe, a nonprofit that develops business solutions to overcome poverty by linking people to information, capital, and markets. They formed Mejoramiento Agricola Sostensible (MAS) to support coffee producers with technical assitance. The result is higher coffee quality and increased income for the local coffee producers. Trianon is proud to feature this fair trade coffee that comes from organizations which support their local community while also protecting the environment.

All Trianon coffee is locally roasted in Austin, Texas. Coffee ships directly to your door. Family-owned. Community minded. Fast Shipping.
