ORIGIN INFORMATION
Finca Santa Isabel is located in the heart of the Tecapa Chinameca mountain range, on rich volcanic soil on the slopes of Volcán de San Miguel, one of the traditional coffee-growing regions of El Salvador. The farm covers 195 hectares, starting at 800 and reaching up to 1,900 MASL. With an average altitude of 1,400 MASL, Santa Isabel is dedicated to growing Bourbon along with other distinguished varieties such as Pacamara, Sarchimor, Geisha, and others. The combination of fertile volcanic soil and unique microclimate makes Santa Isabel an exceptional place for producing high-quality coffees.
Our coffee grows below a canopy of “ingas” and other native trees that serve as a natural habitat to a wide variety of birds, small mammals, snakes and insects. Sounds of life can be heard from every inch of the farm adding to the atmosphere and the magnificent view of the Honduras border mountains.
For five generations, our family has been dedicated to coffee production, preserving tradition while embracing innovation. Within the farm, we manage both wet and dry mills, allowing us to oversee the entire process from harvest to export. This integrated approach ensures consistent quality, traceability, and care in every lot produced at Santa Isabel.
