In the heart of Colombia’s world renowned coffee producing region, exists a microclimate at the edge of the Tatamá Nature Reserves that produces some of the finest coffee in the world.

Grown at an altitude between 1,850 to 2,000 meters above sea level, CAFÉ CIELO is selected from only the finest Caturra and Castillo coffee cherrys, washed with natural spring water from our very own Hacienda La Cristalina, sun dried and then shipped to our artisanal roaster in Austin, Texas where it is roasted, packaged and delivered within 10 days.

The result is a single origin, micro-lot Specialty Coffee that is world renowned for its smoothness, body and notes of panela, floral, blackberry and red fruits.
