Join our resident coffee expert, Charles Emile Lauriat to learn the basics of sample coffee roasting on our small batch Arc roaster. All attendees will leave with a half pound of the coffee we roast during class.

- Learn about different coffee varieties from around the world, and how coffee beans are selected and processed.
- Examine the coffee roasting process from beginning to end, including how small variations in temperature and timing effect the flavor of coffee beans.
- Participate in sample batch coffee roasting with our resident coffee expert and in-house roaster for over 15 years.
- Take home 1/2 pound of coffee roasted during class.
