This well-balanced brew is a classic blend of Indonesian and African coffees and is often referred to as Moka Java. Our special blend features our Papua New Guinea and our Organic Natural Ethiopia perfectly balanced to enhance their natural flavor notes.
This blend brews perfectly as not only a hot coffee, but a wonderfully smooth cold brew as well. When paired with one of our cold brew systems from Toddy(R) this is the ideal bean to transition into warmer Texas spring and summer weather.
On April 7, CC4C.org is hosting A Night To Uplift - Under Texas Stars, where we will be serving hand-crafted pour overs of our Rare & Strong Trianon Coffee Blend for attendees to enjoy.Â
