Trianon Coffee

Tom – What a great Christmas present. Short answer, you should use the same amount as you would for any other coffee. Depending on what you’ve been drinking and how hard or soft your water is, you should also feel free to adjust the amount of grounds to your personal taste. Ideally, the goal is to achieve the “Golden Cup” Ratio of 1.15-1.35% total dissolved solids. To brew the perfect cup, we typically recommend brewing with 2 tablespoons (1 coffee scoop) of coffee per 6 oz of water and then adjust as needed. Happy Brewing!

Tom

I received some of your coffee’s for Christmas, I’m looking for instructions on how much of the ground coffee to put in my machine to make a cup of coffee. Do I use more or less or the same amount as I do for any other coffee?
