Chemex (8-cup)
The Chemex Coffeemaker was invented in 1941 by Dr. Peter Schlumbohm PhD. Made simply from non-porous, borosilicate glass and fastened with a wood collar and tie, it brews coffee without imparting any flavors of its own. On permanent display at MOMA NY and other fine museums, it is truly a work of art. Together with a *Chemex-Bonded® Coffee Filter, makes perfect coffee. Clear, pure, flavorful and without bitterness or sediment every time. The coffee only comes in contact with the scientifically designed filter and non-porous glass. With the Chemex® method, you can make coffee as strong as you like without bitterness. Perfect for iced coffee and coffee flavoring for gourmet recipes. Toddy Cold Brew
In 1964, as a chemical engineering graduate of Cornell, Todd Simpson developed and patented a cold brew system that, using regular coffee beans, creates a superior-tasting cup of steaming HOT coffee. And, with 67% LESS ACID than coffee made by conventional hot brew methods, it’s easier on sensitive stomachs. The Toddy coffee maker extracts the coffee bean’s true delicious flavor and eliminates much of the acidity, producing a bold, super-smooth coffee that can be served one cup at a time.

Bodum French Press Bean Coffee Maker (8-Cup/1.01/34 fl. oz)
This coffee maker adds an entirely new chapter to the French press success story. The borosilicate glass of the BEAN French press is encased in colorful plastic, protecting the glass beautifully. It also makes the BEAN completely spill-proof and safe, in case it gets knocked over. The silicone gasket connecting the lid and the glass has an insulating effect and helps maintain the heat of the coffee longer. The simple push of a lever lets the coffee flow into the cup – all easily manageable with one hand. The BEAN coffee maker is easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

AeroPress
The AeroPress is a device for brewing coffee. It was invented in 2005 by Aerobie president Alan Adler. Coffee is steeped for 10–50 seconds (depending on grind and preferred strength) and then forced through a filter by pressing the plunger through the tube. The filters used are either the AeroPress paper filters or disc shaped thin metal filters. The maker describes the result as an espresso strength concentration of coffee, but its most frequent use is more in the filter brew strength.

CleverDripper
Pairing the functionality of a French Press with the convenience of a drip brewer, this coffee dripper employs the same brewing mechanism as the first, and allows for easy coffee dripping right in your cup, just like the latter.

Hario v60
Designed for manual, pour-over style coffee brewing. Brews one to three cups at a time. Works well with paper or cloth filters. Very hands-on brewing, allowing you, the user, to control brewing time and temperature. Ceramic body is durable and helps prevent heat loss during the brewing cycle.
